Along the Swamp

Overview

THIS GAME IS IN FRENCH!

This game is the result of a student experimentation internship,
a partnership between the Center for Ecology and Conservation Sciences (CESCO), a research institute supported by the National Museum of Natural History (MNHN), and CNAM ENJMIN.

The goal was to prototype several game ideas that could be used in the context of research, based on the principles of mutual agency between biodiversity and society, accessibility, and curiosity, with an overall positive tone.

Along the Swamp is a contemplative 2D top-down game. Aboard a small submarine, take your passenger on a tour of the swamps while admiring the wonderful biodiversity that has made it home. Take your time, photograph the flora and fauna, and share your photos with the explorers who will come after you.
